For the business relationship between Dr. Ruthy - Nature Guide and the customer, the following general terms and conditions apply exclusively in the version valid at the time of the order. Dr. Ruthy - Nature Guide does not recognize any deviating conditions of the customer unless Dr. Ruthy - Nature Guide has expressly agreed to their validity in writing.

Orders
All orders are fundamentally binding.
Booked services must be paid. Paied but not taken services can on request be taken at another time.

 

Payment
Only the specified payment options are accepted.

 

Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The exclusive place of jurisdiction for all claims in connection with the business relationship is Zurich.
